Take a tour of Plum
features from the project management to the security through the documentation.
Manage your users
Whether you have a
Plum Free or a
Plum Premium subscription, you could create as many users (natural persons) as you want.
Create users for each stakeholder in your project (members of society, customers, suppliers, external speakers, etc.).
Manage your groups
Groups allow you to gather more users based on their core business (Project Manager, Engineer, etc..), Their service (Communication, Marketing, etc.). Or function on a project (Customer, Quality Manager, Architect MOA, etc. .).
Create as many groups as you want and define the main group of your users. Each user can have a different group in the different project he is assigned to.
Configure access to your data
The group concept makes sense in this configuration. Each group in Plum has a set of rights that enable it to perform some actions (create a new project, add a task, download a document, etc.).
The rights of a user within a project are defined by the group which he belongs to.
Rights management in Plum is very thin. Each application (tasks, documents, Gantt, etc..) has a set of rights related to actions that can be performed (add, edit, delete, view content, comment, etc.).
